The Philly Book Fair was a great experience. I had the chance to sign lots of books for lots of young readers. At the end of the day, me, Cozbi A. Cabrera, Tonya Cherie Hegamin, and Zetta Elliott spent some quality girl time over tea. Before that we all had dinner with the insightful and talented E.B. Lewis, and his friend, Wadu. All in all, a great time surrounded by amazing people. If you were in Philadelphia and missed it this year, make sure you participate in the 2010 event!
Oh, wait! I also got to meet one of my favorite artists, R. Gregory Christie!
